✅ Standard Warranty Coverage

  • All HINISO products come with a standard warranty of 1 to 5 year from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise on the product page or invoice.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects, electrical/mechanical faults, and malfunctioning components under normal usage conditions.

⚠️ What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, breakage, or wear & tear due to misuse

  • Damage due to water ingress (except for waterproof-rated products)

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly

  • Damages due to power surges, voltage fluctuations, or accidental drops

  • Consumable items like filters, batteries, or accessories unless stated

🔁 Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

    • Order ID / Invoice copy

    • Product name and model

    • Description of the issue

    • Supporting images or videos (if applicable)

  3. Our support team will assess the claim and:

    • Approve a replacement or repair if the defect is confirmed

    • Arrange for reverse pickup (in eligible locations)

🔧 Service Options

  • Replacement will be provided for irreparable units within the warranty period, subject to stock availability.

  • In some cases, repair or part replacement may be offered instead of a full unit exchange.

  • For out-of-warranty products, we offer paid service support with spare parts (if available).
