🚚 Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

Shipping Charges:

  • FREE shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Any shipping fee (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Partners:
We use leading logistics services like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and DTDC for safe and reliable delivery.


🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer product exchange under the following conditions:

Eligible for Exchange If:

  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect

  • The product received is damaged in transit

  • You report the issue within 3 days of delivery

  • Product is unused and in original packaging

🔁 How Exchange Works:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (in most serviceable PIN codes).

  • Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll dispatch a replacement product at no additional cost (subject to stock availability).

🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange If:

  • Product has been used or damaged by the customer

  • Original packaging or accessories are missing

  • Exchange request is raised after 3 days of delivery


📦 Important Notes:

  • Always take unboxing videos/photos in case of damage or missing items.

  • For faster resolution, contact us via WhatsApp with your order ID and issue details.
