🔄 Exchange Policy
We offer product exchange under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Exchange If:

The product has a genuine manufacturing defect

The product received is damaged in transit

You report the issue within 3 days of delivery

Product is unused and in original packaging
🔁 How Exchange Works:

We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (in most serviceable PIN codes).

Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll dispatch a replacement product at no additional cost (subject to stock availability).
🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange If:

Product has been used or damaged by the customer

Original packaging or accessories are missing

Exchange request is raised after 3 days of delivery
