4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is successfully processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.

  • Payment methods include Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets via secure gateways like Razorpay.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping is free on most orders unless mentioned otherwise at checkout.

6. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only for unused items in original condition.

  • Replacements are offered in case of technical defects, subject to verification.

  • Return pickup is arranged by us in eligible PIN codes.

7. Warranty

  • Products come with standard manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise.

  • Warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or website downtime. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
