🛑 Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

  • In case of prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You may choose to reject the delivery, after which the refund will be processed once the product returns to our warehouse.


💸 Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Product is unused and in original condition

  • Product has a technical defect or manufacturing issue

  • The issue is reported to us within 3 days of delivery

Refund will be initiated after:

  • We receive the returned item

  • The item is inspected and verified at our end

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days post-approval.


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Product is damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Return is requested after 3 days of delivery

  • Product is used or missing original packaging/accessories

  • Change of mind after delivery


🔁 Replacement Option

If your item is found defective, we may offer a replacement instead of refund, subject to stock availability.
